Hiding & Restoring Sessions

You can hide sessions you're not interested in to declutter your view. Hidden sessions are saved in your browser and persist across visits.

1 Hide from the list

Each card has a small − button in the top-right corner. Click it to hide that session.

2 Hide or star from the popup

When you click a card to open its detail popup, you'll see three buttons in the top-right corner: ★ (star), − (hide), and × (close).

Starred sessions get a gold border and can be filtered using the Starred button in the top bar.

3 Show hidden sessions

After hiding sessions, the Show hidden (N) button in the top bar shows how many you've hidden. Click it to reveal them as faded, strikethrough cards.

4 Restore all hidden sessions

When viewing hidden sessions, a Restore all button appears. Click it to unhide everything at once.

You can also restore individual sessions by clicking on them while in "show hidden" mode, then hiding them again (the − button toggles).

5 Hide stages in Calendar & Timeline

In the Calendar view, click a stage column header to hide that entire stage. In the Timeline view, click a stage name in the legend. Hidden stages appear in a row below the visible ones — click again to restore.

Stages are also auto-hidden when all their sessions have been individually hidden.

6 Smart calendar export

Click Export calendar (.ics) in the footer to download sessions matching your current view. The export respects all active filters:

If starred-only mode is on, only starred sessions are exported. If hidden sessions aren't shown, they're excluded; if they're shown, they're included. Stage, topic, language, and search filters all apply too.

You can choose to export March 3 only, March 4 only, or both days. The current day is highlighted in the prompt.
